Digital Video Artwork Exhibition Opportunity
This opportunity invites artists from around the world to present digital video artworks as part of Espacio Gallery exhibitions in London.
Each selected video artwork is presented on a 50 inch Samsung The Frame screen, a high quality display specifically designed for the presentation of art. The screen offers high resolution image clarity, balanced colour rendering and a matte, anti reflective surface that significantly reduces light glare. This ensures that digital artworks are viewed clearly and comfortably within the gallery environment, even under natural and exhibition lighting conditions.
The screen is positioned within the gallery according to curatorial decisions, spatial balance and visitor flow. The exact placement and height of the screen may vary between exhibitions and is not fixed in advance.
All video artworks are displayed on a shared screen and presented in a continuous loop alongside works by other participating artists. This format reflects a contemporary exhibition context, where multiple moving image works coexist within a carefully curated visual programme.
The participation fee is £60 per video, corresponding to a defined time allocation within the exhibition loop. The duration, sequencing and structure of the loop are curated by Espacio Gallery to ensure balance, visibility and a cohesive viewing experience for all artists.
Each video artwork must have a maximum duration of 60 seconds, allowing for a fluid and well balanced loop presentation.
Video artworks may include sound. Audio is optional and, if used, must be subtle and non intrusive. As the exhibition takes place during regular opening hours and private views within an active gallery environment, artworks must remain conceptually complete and visually effective even without sound. Repetitive or intense audio elements are not suitable.

Why exhibit at Espacio Gallery?
Espacio Gallery offers artists the opportunity to present their work in a professional contemporary art space in Shoreditch, London, as part of a curated group exhibition. Exhibiting is about visibility, connection and becoming part of an active international artistic community.
What am I paying for when I book a wall or space?
You are paying exclusively for the use of a specific wall or exhibition space to display your artwork for five public exhibition days, plus one installation day and one takedown day, totalling seven days of access. No additional services are included.
Does Espacio Gallery take commission on sales?
No. Artists who book a wall do not pay commission on sales and manage their own transactions. Commission applies only if the gallery is asked to manage sales on the artist’s behalf.
Who installs, delivers and collects my artwork?
Each artist is responsible for delivering, installing, uninstalling and collecting their own artworks, following the gallery guidelines.
Are payments refundable if I cannot participate?
No. All payments are non refundable. Transfers to future exhibitions may only be considered if the gallery is notified well in advance and the wall can be rebooked.
Do I need to apply and be approved before paying?
Yes. Payment is only valid for artists who have applied and received official approval from Espacio Gallery. Payments made without approval are non refundable and do not guarantee participation.
Is there any guarantee that my artwork will sell?
No. Art sales cannot be guaranteed. Exhibiting creates visibility, connections and long term opportunities, allowing your work to find its audience over time.
Is my artwork insured by the gallery?
No. Due to the continuous rotation of exhibitions, Espacio Gallery does not insure artworks. Each artist is responsible for arranging their own insurance.
