Exhibition Terms and Conditions

I agree to the Exhibition Terms and Conditions and confirm that:

• The booking is a service for exhibition participation, not a physical product.
• Participation is valid only after curatorial acceptance by Espacio Gallery.
• All participation and wall rental fees are non refundable once payment is made.
• The booking is valid only for the specified exhibition and dates and is not transferable.
• Wall allocation may be adjusted for curatorial or technical reasons, maintaining equivalent value.
• I am responsible for delivering, installing and collecting my artworks strictly within the official schedule.
• Failure to attend installation or takedown does not entitle me to a refund or extended access.
• Any artworks or materials left after takedown may incur storage fees or be removed without notice.
• I am fully responsible for insurance, loss or damage to my artworks and personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to walls, floors or gallery property may result in additional charges.
• Espacio Gallery may photograph and film my artworks for promotional and archival purposes.
• I agree to comply with the gallery’s code of conduct, inclusivity values and safety rules.
• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.
• I understand and accept that a Participation and Wall Hire Agreement will be issued after payment and I commit to reading and signing this contract within the timeframe specified by Espacio Gallery.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
